Cooking
- Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminum body heats quickly and evenly.
- Never heat an empty pan. Use high-smoke-point oil (like olive, avocado, or grapeseed) with the nonstick coating.
- Oven safe up to 450°F, perfect for finishing dishes in the oven or keeping food warm for serving.
- Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the nonstick coating.
- Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick coating. Do not use metal utensils.
- Use caution! Always use heat protection when handling the short and long handles and knobs. These may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven.
Cleaning
- Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.
- Do not fully soak or submerge the pan or pot in water.
- No harsh scrubbing or abrasives needed with our high-performance nonstick coating.
- Let the cookware completely cool before cleaning, and make sure it is dry before cooking again.
Storage
- Stack carefully with protective padding between pieces.
- Store in a dry location to prevent moisture damage.

Still a winner!
The 2.0 does not disappoint! It’s got the same nonstick I already love, and now I can finish dishes in a hot oven! It’s my second always pan, and the blue is such a gorgeous tone to compliment my kitchen. I just leave it on the stovetop! Definitely happy with this one.

I love how much lighter this is than the original. And it's awesome that the pan can go in the oven now, plus! But I took a star away because I feel the long handle gets hot, when just on the stovetop, towards the base. My other one lasted a long time but I'm glad to get a new and improved one with better

What makes the coating non-toxic?
Our nonstick ceramic coating is made without potentially toxic materials like PFAS (including PTFEs and PFOAs), lead and cadmium (which are used in many other pots and pans). PFAS are nicknamed “Forever Chemicals” because they do not break down easily in the environment or in the human body. As a result, they bioaccumulate over time, making them a highly concerning chemical group. PFAS-based coatings also release toxic fumes when overheated.
What does 10-in-1 mean?
It means we had 10 (!) different products and functions in mind when designing this pan, and we made sure the Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan could do all of them. With this pan, you can seamlessly saute, fry, bake, roast, sear, boil, braise, strain, serve, and store!

The Always Pan® is made with 100% certified post-consumer recycled aluminum. Translation: The pan is made from discarded materials (not just factory floor scraps), and all wastewater is treated and recycled in the manufacturing process. Do ceramic nonstick pans need oil?
While ceramic coatings are nonstick, using a small amount of high-smoke-point oil or butter enhances performance and extends coating life. High-quality ceramic pans require much less oil than traditional cookware. Just a light coating is sufficient for excellent food release. Make sure to avoid aerosol sprays.
